Do you want more options for mountain bike trails in Western Maine? Come to the Bethel Community Forest on September 18th for a volunteer trail day building a new downhill/enduro trail. This trail will be an intermediate to advanced level bike trail with fun features and 800 vertical feet of descent. We want all levels of trail builders to come out and work with us. We will have coffee and doughnuts in the parking lot in the morning, and a complimentary BBQ lunch in the afternoon. We cant wait to see you there. We have tools, but if you have some of your own favorites feel free to bring them along. Long pants and closed-toed shoes are required.
The Bethel Community Forest is located off the North Rd. Turn right onto Daisy Bryant Road and then take the next right up the dirt road to the Community Forest parking lot. You go up a long hill to get to the parking lot.
