Event Info: Classic technique, mass start and finish Pine Hill Competition Trails off of Grover Hill Road, Bethel, ME, including: a 22 km, 10 km, and youth distances of 2.5 km and lollipop. Registration at Gould Academy Field House, Church Street, Bethel, Maine, from 9-10:30am. (Youth wishing to ski longer timed distances must enter the adult event and pay the adult fee). All events are at 11 A.M with the exception of the lollipop which will start at 10:45. The Moose is a New England Nordic Ski Association (NENSA) sanctioned event and part of the Zak Cup and Club Series. Adult participants who are not NENSA members will be asked to purchase a one day license for $5 at registration.  Map to drive from the registration at the Gould Field House to the Pine Hill trails--approximately one mile or you can ski via the Gould playing fields.  Directions to Gould Academy Field House from Gorham, NH and from Maine Turnpike in Gray, ME.   Photo of 2017 Kids' 2.4K Start:

$30 in advance at www.skireg.com/flying-moose-classic. $40 Day of Race. Youth races $5. BOC members pay $20 for 10 km or 22 km entries paid by cash or check on or before February 2, 2017;
